Zucchini noodles with feta cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 600 g zucchini
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • n. B. Pepper, white
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Very tasty and very summery – but tastes just as good in winter

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, i.e. al dente. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and dice it, as well as the feta cheese. Then fry the zucchini cubes in a large pan with oil as needed. When the pasta is al dente, drain and set aside for a moment. Season the zucchini with pepper. Then add the feta cheese, but only toss it briefly (!). Immediately add the pasta, stir it through, and serve. A little tip: If you don’t have a really large pan, you might want to use a saucepan to fry it and then serve it, as otherwise you’ll have trouble stirring and half the pasta will fly out.
