Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g couscous, already cooked
- 50 ml apple juice
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150 g fruit of your choice, cut into small pieces
- 180 g yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the couscous with the fruit juice and honey, then let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. Then layer the couscous, fruit, and yogurt into a dessert bowl.
