Cauliflower patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed marjoram
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs (wholemeal)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whole foods

Cook the cauliflower in salted water (do not overcook it), roughly mash it, and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Form into patties, roll them in breadcrumbs, and fry in a pan with a little oil. Serve with a fresh salad.
