Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 300 g flour
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 kg zucchini
- 1 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 250 g cheese, Pecorino
- 2 eggs
- 150 g cream cheese
- 150 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions

Cream the butter with salt until fluffy, then mix with the flour and cream cheese to form a smooth dough. Shape into a ball and chill for at least 2 hours. Meanwhile, cook the zucchini slices in a small braid in the chicken broth for about 5 minutes, while sauté the chopped onion in a little fat. Add the zucchini slices and cook for about 1 more minute. Roll out the dough to fit a pie dish, place in the dish, and prick with a fork. Spread the zucchini mixture on top, flattening slightly. Sprinkle about half of the pecorino over the top. Whisk the eggs with the cream cheese and sour cream, and season to taste. Pour over the zucchini and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. It also tastes delicious cold.
