Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pineapple, fresh
- 200 g zucchini
- 200 g sour milk
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
- possibly pineapple juice or milk to pour over
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and chop it finely. Wash and chop the zucchini. Blend the pineapple and zucchini with the sour cream and season with sugar or agave syrup. Top up with pineapple juice or milk if desired.
