Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 100 g feta cheese
- Olives, black and green
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- salt and chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Sauté the zucchini in one piece for 5-10 minutes, depending on the size, and then cut into cubes. Add all ingredients except the feta and olives and mix. Pour into a shallow dish and top with the feta cubes and olives. Chill. Serve with crusty white bread.
