Zucchini Slices Baked with Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Zucchini
  • Oil
  • Garlic to taste
  • Pepper salt
  • 1 P Mozzarella
  • 1 P Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Line the baking sheet with paper and brush with oil.
  • Cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick slices and place on the baking sheet.
  • Mash the knobi and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Brush the zucchini with it.
  • Sprinkle each slice with a pinch of salt and pepper, sprinkle with mozzarella and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  • Bake the zucchini until light brown.
  • Is quick to make and a tasty little snack for the evening.
  • You can also use any other cheese.
