Instructions
- Line the baking sheet with paper and brush with oil.
- Cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick slices and place on the baking sheet.
- Mash the knobi and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Brush the zucchini with it.
- Sprinkle each slice with a pinch of salt and pepper, sprinkle with mozzarella and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake the zucchini until light brown.
- Is quick to make and a tasty little snack for the evening.
- You can also use any other cheese.
