Zucchini soup with yogurt and minced turkey

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g minced turkey
  • ½ liter meat broth, clear
  • 500 g yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 2 tsp sauce thickener, light
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Wash and finely chop the zucchini. Peel and mince the garlic clove. Fry everything in oil. Add the minced meat and cook. Pour in the meat broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix the yogurt with the sauce thickener, add it, and bring to a boil. Wash and finely chop the dill, and add it to the soup to taste.
