- 250g spaghetti
- 2 zucchinis
- 250 g chicken breast
- 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
- Herbs, Italian
- Parmesan

light dish, ideal for hot days
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Slice the zucchini into long, thin strips using a kitchen slicer; the strips should be the same size as the spaghetti. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and sear them in a large pot with a little oil. Add the zucchini strips, cook briefly, and then deglaze with the diced tomatoes. Season with fresh herbs. Add the spaghetti and mix everything thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
