Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Chili sauce (Mexico)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vegetarian main course or as a side dish

Clean the zucchini, then cut the zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan. First, add the zucchini to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes. Season the zucchini and tomatoes with pepper and salt to taste. Then add Mexican sauce and tomato ketchup to the vegetables, if desired. Stir well and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
