Zucchini – Tomato – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of basil, picked leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the tomatoes. Cut the zucchini and feta cheese into approximately 0.5 cm cubes. Slice the basil. Crush the garlic and mix with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Mix the marinade with the remaining ingredients and season the salad to taste before serving.
