Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Sugar
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Cut the zucchini into half or quarter slices (depending on size) and fry. Once the zucchini is lightly browned, deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil. Season with a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Tastes great with pasta.
