Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 jars of morello cherries
  • 1 bottle of Amaretto
  • 1 bottle of white wine or rosé
  • 0.33 liters of apple juice
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine or Prosecco

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

Place the morello cherries, their juice, and the amaretto in a bowl and let it steep overnight. The next day, add the wine and apple juice. Add the sparkling wine just before serving. All liquids must be well chilled.
