Zucchini vegetables with grilled cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 100 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • curry powder
  • oregano
  • 2 pieces of grilled cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and chop the vegetables. Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté the onions and garlic cloves. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato puree and season well. Finally, stir in the cream.
