Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 large zucchini
  • e.g. milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the zucchini and grate it finely using a vegetable grater. Combine the flour with the baking powder, then mix with the eggs. Add the zucchini and mix with enough milk until the batter is nice and smooth. Finally, add the garlic (I always chop it finely) and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in batches in a greased waffle iron.
