Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-large zucchini
- 2 onions
- 4 pieces of sausage, Vienna, sliced
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Spice(s), to taste
- some fat for the pan

simple, quick and delicious
Peel the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and slice thinly. Thinly slice or dice the onions. Heat a little fat in a pan, sauté or fry the zucchini slices and onion, and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, or herbs like thyme (or whatever you have in your cupboard). Then add the sliced sausages and heat briefly. If desired, you can also add a little cream. Delicious on its own or with a slice of bread.
