Zuccini Stuffed

The perfect zuccini stuffed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Zuccini
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 6 tbsp Dumpling bread
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Cheese cut into small cubes
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Wash the zucini, cut in half lengthways, scoop out with a spoon, halve each piece again so that you get 4 pieces
  2. Knead all other ingredients except the oil
  3. Place the mold in the cold oven, then switch on the oven. Cook with top and bottom heat at 180 degrees for approx. 55 minutes.
