Zuccini Stuffed
The perfect zuccini stuffed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Zuccini
- 500 g Minced meat
- 6 tbsp Dumpling bread
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Cheese cut into small cubes
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Pepper from the grinder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Water
- Wash the zucini, cut in half lengthways, scoop out with a spoon, halve each piece again so that you get 4 pieces
- Knead all other ingredients except the oil
- Place the mold in the cold oven, then switch on the oven. Cook with top and bottom heat at 180 degrees for approx. 55 minutes.
