Ingredients
 

  • 4 big Potato
  • 2 medium Zucchini or a big one
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 500 g Beef fillet is also suitable for minced meat
  • 1 L Meat or vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Dried peperoncino
  • 3 Fresh tomato

Instructions
 

  • Peel the zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes and onions and cut into pieces
  • Fry the onions and potatoes in a saucepan
  • When the onions have turned color, add the zucchini, tomatoes and the meat and continue to fry (about 5 minutes)
