Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek, (or similar)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil

quick marinade for grill and pan
Simply mix the ingredients in a small bowl and rub or brush the mixture onto the meat. Let it soak in thoroughly, ideally overnight. This amount is enough for 4 large chicken thighs. Another tip: If you’re marinating chicken thighs with this and then grilling them, place the pieces of meat near the edge rather than directly over the hot coals. This will take longer, but it won’t turn black.
