- 200 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 325 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch

Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Add the butter in small pieces and the egg. Briefly knead everything together using a hand mixer (dough hook). Transfer everything to a work surface and knead it with your hands until it forms a soft dough (the warmth of your hands will create a nice, non-sticky dough). Roll out the dough with a little flour on the work surface, cut out cookies, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for about 12 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Decorate the cookies as desired.
