Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers, red
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic powder or fresh garlic
- Maggi
- 1 cup white wine
- some water as needed
- 2 cans of tomato paste
- some fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the tops off the peppers. Wash the peppers. Place the minced meat in a large container. Add the eggs, chopped onions, and seasonings to taste. Mix everything well and stuff the peppers into the mixture. Now fry the peppers in a little heated fat. Deglaze with water and white wine. Add two cans of tomato paste and stir it into the liquid with a whisk. Let the whole thing simmer slowly on the stovetop for about 1.5 hours. Plate up and serve hot. I would serve it with either rice or mashed potatoes, along with a hearty iceberg lettuce.
