Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) white sugar
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) peanut butter
  • 1 cup(s) oatmeal
  • 1 cup(s) desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup(s) raisins
  • 1 cup(s) chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Cream the butter and peanut butter together, then gradually mix in the other ingredients, finally adding the eggs. Drop small heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C. Note: One cup is equivalent to 250 ml. For a truly American-style recipe, you can use a cup measure, which you can buy at any well-stocked supermarket.
