Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml soda water
  • 1 tsp smoked salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 540 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 1 packet of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes

Recipe for the bread machine for approx. 850 g

Place the ingredients in the bread pan of the bread maker in the order shown. Place the pan in the bread maker, lock it in place, and turn it on. Program: Whole Wheat Level (if available): 1
