Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 500 ml broth
  • 125 g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • curry
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into fairly thin rings and dice the bell peppers. Add to the minced meat and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and stir in the spaghetti. Cook the pasta while stirring until tender. Then, if necessary, thicken the 15-minute pan with a sauce thickener or sauce powder (or flour). Season to taste with a little more curry powder, if desired.
