Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground (or whole to grind yourself)
- 150 g herb cream cheese
- 3 tbsp parsley, freeze-dried
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Twist the stems out of the mushrooms, perhaps for another use. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel—don’t wash them, as they’ll react like sponges. Mix the nuts with cream cheese and parsley and spread the mixture into the mushroom heads. Simply place them on the grill until the filling has melted. Top these mushrooms with freshly grated Parmesan cheese!
