The very best Spritzgebäck from my grandma

Knead all ingredients into a firm dough, cover, and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then, pass the dough through a meat grinder fitted with a cookie cutter attachment to make your own cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the second rack from the bottom for about 10-15 minutes. Tip: All ingredients should be at the same temperature during preparation. I haven’t been able to find a better recipe for cookie cutters yet; these cookies are truly the most delicious.
