Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 chicken (grilled chicken)
  • Salt
  • Seasoning mix for poultry (Maggi Seasoning Mix, No. 3 – spicy poultry)

Wash the grilled chicken under clean water, pat dry, and season with salt inside. Lightly oil the chicken stir-fry to make it easier to get the chicken down. Sprinkle the chicken evenly on the outside and rub it in with the poultry seasoning mix to ensure it’s nicely coated. If you put too much seasoning on it, it will be over-seasoned and won’t taste as good. Then place it on the chicken stir-fry. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Place the chicken on the lowest rack or on the floor. Baking time: approx. 60-80 minutes, depending on the size (if it gets too dark on top, simply cover with a piece of aluminum foil). Remove the finished chicken from the oven and cut it into pieces using poultry shears. TIP: If you like, you can season the chicken the night before and let it marinate in a closed container in the refrigerator. We serve fries and salad as a side dish. Delicious farmhouse bread also goes well with it.
