Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 slices of ham
  • 5 slices of salami
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 125 g pasta
  • 500 ml broth
  • ½ can of corn (approx. 82 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Coriander powder
  • oregano
  • Tabasco
  • basil
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • e.g. milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion and cut the ham and salami into strips. Brown both in a pan with a little oil. Chop the tomatoes and add them. Add the pasta, stock, and corn. Mix with the seasonings and bring to a boil. Simmer everything on medium heat with the lid closed. After 5 minutes, stir in the crème fraîche and tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid closed. If the sauce reduces too much, simply add a little milk and season again to taste. Note: It’s also delicious if you add a little mozzarella to the pasta at the end and let it melt a little with the lid closed.
