3 Fruit Ice Cream

The perfect 3 fruit ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Fresh mango
  • 2 piece Blood oranges
  • 200 g Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 6 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream, whipped
  1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces, squeeze the juice from the oranges, strain the raspberries through a sieve or, if you don’t mind the kernels, use the whole fruit.
  2. Mix all fruits, the blood orange juice and 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a food processor.
  3. Beat the whipped cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until it is very stiff and add to the fruit mixture. Mix everything together very well.
  4. I put the fruit mixture in an elongated cake tin lined with cling film, then into the frozen food, stir again after one hour and then let it freeze for another 3 hours.
  5. Use the ice cream scoop to cut out the ice cream or cut it into slices and serve. In terms of taste, it is a fruit ice cream de luxe. It tastes very refreshing.
