3 Fruit Ice Cream
The perfect 3 fruit ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Fresh mango
- 2 piece Blood oranges
- 200 g Fresh or frozen raspberries
- 6 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 250 g Whipped cream, whipped
- Peel the mango and cut into pieces, squeeze the juice from the oranges, strain the raspberries through a sieve or, if you don’t mind the kernels, use the whole fruit.
- Mix all fruits, the blood orange juice and 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a food processor.
- Beat the whipped cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until it is very stiff and add to the fruit mixture. Mix everything together very well.
- I put the fruit mixture in an elongated cake tin lined with cling film, then into the frozen food, stir again after one hour and then let it freeze for another 3 hours.
- Use the ice cream scoop to cut out the ice cream or cut it into slices and serve. In terms of taste, it is a fruit ice cream de luxe. It tastes very refreshing.
