Ingredients
 

  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Mix the bananas and eggs with the hand blender to a liquid dough, add baking powder. Heat the pan, add the ghee to the pan and fry the pancakes about the size of your hand at low heat. Only turn carefully when the pancakes are sticking together in the pan.
