Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 jalapeños
- 230 g cream cheese
- 8 slices of ham
- salt and pepper
- 1 roll of topping dough
- 6 sausages
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
2 variations for party snacks, each with 3 ingredients
Option 1) Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds. Fill the halves with cream cheese and wrap them in ham. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Option 2) Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares and top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Roll up a sausage and cut into small bites. Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes. Serve both snacks together.
