- 250 g powdered sugar
- 5 eggs
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground

Beat the eggs and powdered sugar for about 10 minutes until frothy. Then add the hazelnuts and mix thoroughly again. Pour the finished mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. Tips: Once the moist nut cake is ready, you can decorate it with chocolate icing if desired. If the dough is too moist, you can add another 2 tablespoons of flour.
