Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g oat flakes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 10 g protein powder (whey)
  • Almond milk (almond drink) or soy milk
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Stevia to taste
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Grind the oatmeal into flour. Beat one egg white until stiff. Combine all ingredients, except the beaten egg whites, and mix into a batter. Stir in the almond milk until the desired consistency is reached. Then carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Fry the batter in a pan. Tip: The pancakes taste especially delicious with quark and wild berries. I mixed the quark with a little almond milk and the juice of frozen berries and arranged the berries on top of the pancakes.
