Healthy, with banana, fewer calories than regular pancakes, makes 4-5 pancakes
Mash the banana with a fork. Then add the egg, egg white powder, and oats and mix roughly. Then add the milk a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached. More milk makes the batter more runny, which makes wonderful pancakes; less milk makes the batter thicker and therefore better pancakes. Mix everything well until the batter forms. Heat a pan with a little fat, such as coconut oil, on the stovetop and then add batter in portions. The pan shouldn’t be too hot, or the pancakes will turn brown before they’re cooked through. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides. This recipe is for 4-5 pancakes. Serve with maple syrup, jam, or fresh fruit.
