5-minute beer bread – baked with superfoods

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 2 tsp herbal salt, alternatively ½ tsp salt and 1-2 tsp dried herbs
  • 325 g flour
  • 0.33 liters of beer
  • Cheese, grated and/or shredded vegetables and/or grains and seeds (1 – 2 tbsp each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and herbal salt (or ½ teaspoon salt and 1-2 teaspoons dried herbs) in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then, gradually stir in the beer. Add the optional ingredients and mix thoroughly again. Pour the batter into a silicone or lightly greased regular loaf pan and bake at 190°C (convection not recommended) for 40 to 50 minutes.
