Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 1 cup of coffee (very strong espresso)
- 1 packet of pudding powder (Tiramisu cream)
- 250 ml milk, cold
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- possibly rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Arrange the sponge fingers in a square dish and drizzle with espresso. If you’d like to drizzle with rum or something similar, you can use that as well. Then prepare the cream with the milk, pour it over the sponge fingers, and chill for at least 1 hour. Dust with cocoa powder.
