Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed basil
  • 1 tbsp sautéed oregano
  • 1 tbsp, str. Thyme, shredded
  • 1 tbsp, leveled garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. sugar or pasta water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

easy and fast

Cooking time is approximately 3 minutes. Heat the oil in a saucepan while roughly chopping the parsley. Add the passata to the hot oil, stir, and bring to a boil. Now add the spices and peas and simmer for about 3 minutes. If the tomato sauce is still too acidic, add a little pasta water if possible; otherwise, a pinch of sugar will also work. Add the parsley to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with your choice of pasta.
