Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 175 g sweet cream butter, room temperature
  • 150 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 ml syrup (praline nut)
  • 200 g almond flour
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ pack of cream of tartar baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • 75 g flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 75 g sweet cream butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pack of confectionery (e.g. chocolate eggs, nougat eggs, etc.)
  • possibly chocolate coating, chocolate pearls and/or cocoa powder with glitter effect

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Unique combination of melting chocolate and crunchy praline sprinkles.

Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler and then let it cool. The chocolate should still be liquid, however. Beat the eggs with the coconut blossom sugar and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Then gradually add the room-temperature butter. Pour in the melted chocolate and syrup. Mix the almond flour, flour, and baking powder, then fold in several portions. Pour the batter into a greased 26cm springform pan and smooth it out. Knead the crumble ingredients together and set aside. Roughly chop the candy. First sprinkle the candy over the batter, then scatter the crumble on top. Bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-35 minutes. A wooden skewer should still come out with some batter, and the cake should still wobble slightly in the center when shaken. Let the cake cool completely in the pan, ideally overnight. As the cake cools, it will sink slightly in the center; this is normal. If you like, you can decorate the cake with chocolate coating, chocolate pearls, or cocoa powder with a glitter effect.
