Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250 g liver(s)
  • thin white bread slices
  • butter
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean the mushrooms. Cut the liver into small pieces, along with the bread. Thread the liver, mushrooms, and bread pieces alternately onto small skewers, drizzle with melted butter or oil, and grill the skewers. Homemade Hungarian lecsó is recommended as a side dish.
