Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp mashed potato powder
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • toast bread
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly toast the toast, then place it on a baking sheet. Brush with butter. Chop the ham into small pieces and mix it with the cheese, then spread the mixture on the toast. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and mashed potatoes, and season with spices. Pour the egg mixture onto the toast. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 8-9 slices of toast.
