Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of bread of your choice
  • butter
  • corn
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, sliced
  • 12 slices of cheese (butter cheese or Gouda)
  • 100 g ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread butter on the bread slices and place the ham on top (I always use ham for toasting). Then spread some corn on the slices and, depending on the size of the bread, add 1-2 tomato slices. Then place a slice of mozzarella and 3 wafer-thin slices of butter cheese or Gouda cheese on top, covering everything. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes (depending on how crispy you want the cheese).
