Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Emmental or Gouda, grated
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 0.2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place the mixture in small portions, keeping some space between them, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Dust with flour and cover with cling film. Press the mounds into rounds with a spoon. Then carefully peel off the cling film. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted oven, until the cheese rounds are light brown. Serve with red wine or simply enjoy as a snack.
