Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 rolls
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 bags of 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the onion, garlic, chives, and bell peppers and mix with the minced meat, egg, and mustard. Knead the mixture until evenly distributed. If the minced meat is sticky, add breadcrumbs if necessary. Season with pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Bake the rolls in the oven for half the time indicated on the package. Cut the rolls in half, divide the minced meat mixture evenly between the roll halves, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. The time may vary depending on the oven and the minced meat mixture.
