- 1 liter of cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar

Heat the Nutella jar in the microwave until the Nutella melts. Meanwhile, whip the cream, sugar, and egg yolks until frothy. Once the Nutella melts, pour everything into a large bowl and mix well. Then place the bowl in the freezer until the mixture hardens. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 5 minutes before serving. 576 kcal per serving.
