Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ banana(s)
- 80 g instant oat flakes
- 125 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 tsp chocolate, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ½ tsp chocolate chips
- 4 pieces of chocolate for the core
- Fat for the molds

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mash the banana finely with a fork and add the instant oats (or ground oats/oat flour). Add the oat milk, maple syrup, baking powder, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, the melted chocolate, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together and pour 2/3 of the batter into small, greased ovenproof dishes. Press the chocolate pieces into the center, spread the rest of the batter on top, and garnish with chocolate chips. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy warm! 🙂
