Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 80 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 400 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 banana(s), ripe, mashed
- 120 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Melt the margarine and sugar. First, stir in the flour and baking powder, then gradually add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease an 11 x 28 cm loaf pan, pour in the batter, and bake the bread for about 50 minutes.
