Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 230 g butter
  • 500 g flour, whole grain
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
  • 300 g cheese, grated (e.g. Gouda)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • some chili powder
  • some pepper, black from the mill
  • some cumin, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix all ingredients, knead thoroughly, and roll out. Then cut out the cookies using cookie cutters or a glass. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Serve with red wine.
