Oat-almond cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 90 g almonds, chopped
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, add the egg and a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly. Mix the flour with the baking powder, almonds and oats and stir in portions into the butter mixture. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and use two teaspoons to drop small heaps of the dough onto the baking tray. Make sure there is plenty of space between the heaps, as the cookies will spread. For this reason, it is best to place no more than 12 cookies on the tray. Bake the cookies on the middle rack of the oven for about 10 minutes using conventional heating. Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
