Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 15 pieces of confectionery (Mon Cheri)
  • 2 cl cherry brandy or cherry liqueur
  • 250 g flour
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder, instant
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate shavings
  • Fat for the mold
  • Flour for the mold
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Beat the egg and sugar with a hand blender until frothy, then add the oil, milk, and vanilla sugar and mix briefly. Now add the confectionery and liqueur and chop well. Combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate shavings in a mixing bowl and mix well. Briefly mix the wet ingredients again and pour over the flour mixture. Mix everything with a mixer until smooth and pour into a greased and floured springform pan. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 175°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 50 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar for a visual impact.
