Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 g chocolate (dark), chopped
- 75 g chocolate, white, chopped
- 225 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs

enough for approx. 25 pieces
In a bowl, cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then beat in the eggs. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chopped chocolate. Spoon the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 12 to 13 minutes.
